These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of LegacySpaAndMassage.com and related online features provided by Legacy Spa & Massage, LLC, doing business as Legacy Spa ("Legacy Spa," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting a form, booking an appointment, making a purchase, or enrolling in a membership, you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies or terms presented for the applicable transaction or service.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means, impersonate another person, misuse an account, or use the website in a manner that violates law or the rights of Legacy Spa or others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for information submitted through your account.

Spa Information and Services

Website content is provided for general informational and booking purposes. Descriptions of massage, facial, head-spa, Vichy shower, body, and other spa services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not guarantee any particular result. Services remain subject to availability, consultation, contraindications, provider qualifications, and Legacy Spa’s safety and professional standards. We may modify, decline, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or professional judgment. Separate consultation forms, informed consents, spa policies, and treatment agreements may also apply.

Appointments and Purchases

Appointments, deposits, payments, gift cards, packages, and memberships may be offered through Meevo, MeevoPay, or another third-party platform. You agree to provide accurate information and authorize applicable charges disclosed before completion of the transaction. Prices, availability, promotions, and service descriptions may change without notice, and we may correct errors or cancel a transaction affected by an obvious pricing, technical, or availability error. Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, refund, and other spa policies presented during booking or posted separately are incorporated into these Terms.

Gift Cards, Packages, and Memberships

Gift cards and packages are subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and to applicable law. Purchased gift-card funds are honored in accordance with applicable law; promotional certificates or promotional value may be subject to stated limitations or expiration dates. Gift cards should be treated like cash, and replacement of a lost, stolen, or misused card may be unavailable unless required by law or supported by adequate records. Membership billing frequency, renewal, minimum term, benefits, freezes, cancellation rights, and recurring-payment authorization will be disclosed in the membership agreement or enrollment screen. Those specific membership terms control if they conflict with these general Terms.

Third-Party Platforms and Links

Third-party platforms and websites may have their own terms, privacy policies, accessibility features, and security practices. Legacy Spa does not control and is not responsible for the independent operation or content of third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to a separate agreement between you and the third-party provider.

Intellectual Property

The website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, service names, design elements, and other content are owned by or licensed to Legacy Spa and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal use, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning website use that is not governed by a separate agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
