You will then recline comfortably while your specialist performs the steps included in your selected ritual. The treatment is designed to provide attentive scalp care while creating a deeply calming experience centered around rhythmic touch, warm water, and quiet relaxation.

Many guests with color-treated or chemically processed hair may receive a head spa, but recent color, keratin, or other chemical services can affect product selection and timing. Please tell us when your most recent service was performed when booking. In some circumstances, we may recommend allowing additional time between the chemical service and your head-spa appointment.

Extensions, protective styles, attachment methods, tangling considerations, and hair texture can affect whether the traditional head-spa process can be performed safely and comfortably. Please contact our guest services team before booking so we can discuss your hair and determine whether the selected ritual is appropriate or requires modification.

Please arrive with dry hair and avoid applying heavy oils, styling sprays, dry shampoo, or other excessive product immediately before your appointment. Because the ritual includes cleansing and water therapy, your hair will become wet during the service. Any drying or finishing included with your appointment will be identified in the selected treatment description.

Gratuities are not included in the listed price of our head-spa services unless expressly stated at the time of booking. Our specialists devote significant time, skill, care, and personal attention to creating each individualized ritual, and gratuities are a meaningful part of the income they receive in recognition of exceptional service.
